BIM Manager

About the Position
We’re searching for an experienced BIM Manager to join our award-winning team in Portland, Oregon. We are a bustling office filled with creative designers and looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and deploy Revit content on the company’s server for office-wide use
- Manage, organize, and deploy project templates and libraries for different project types and sizes
- Develop, manage, and deploy Revit families from office standards to maintain uniformity in Construction Documents
- Develop, manage, and maintain the in house Revit Production Guide and protocols
- Coordinate Revit functionality with other standard office software and support IT manager with CADD software deployment
- Function as “BIM Coordinator” when assigned to a project team
- Provide training assistance to project staff to help work past difficult modeling or production issues
- Provide training for general Revit model maintenance, routine health checks, and archive standards
- Provide basic troubleshooting support as needed to back up our IT department
- Provide licensing support to the IT department for BIM 360 licenses and account management
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the industry with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360
- Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on model and sheet setup
