About the Position

We’re searching for an experienced BIM Manager to join our award-winning team in Portland, Oregon. We are a bustling office filled with creative designers and looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate has a commitment to excellence; someone who can jump in quickly, work collaboratively, and has humility and a passion for teaching their craft.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and deploy Revit content on the company’s server for office-wide use
• Manage, organize, and deploy project templates and libraries for different project types and sizes
• Develop, manage, and deploy Revit families from office standards to maintain uniformity in Construction Documents
• Develop, manage, and maintain the in house Revit Production Guide and protocols
• Coordinate Revit functionality with other standard office software and support IT manager with CADD software deployment
• Function as “BIM Coordinator” when assigned to a project team
• Provide training assistance to project staff to help work past difficult modeling or production issues
• Provide training for general Revit model maintenance, routine health checks, and archive standards
• Provide basic troubleshooting support as needed to back up our IT department
• Provide licensing support to the IT department for BIM 360 licenses and account management

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the industry with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360
• Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions with emphasis on model and sheet setup
