The refresh of the Acura of Portland dealership targeted the manufacture’s branding image with a complete interior renovation. Built on a reputation for refinement and sophistication, the design team created a relaxed environment for the customer.
The interior aesthetic follows Acura’s guidelines and finish material specifications in their corporate identity package. Durable high gloss sheen floors paired with a neutral palette and natural materials create a modern and minimal, but inviting space.
Centered around customer experience, the design highlights the center point showroom and customer waiting area, providing a living-room-like feel in which to conduct vehicle sales.
Restrooms were enlarged with high-quality materials to reflect the new brand image. A boutique room was added between the waiting room and retail parts counter to encourage sales of aftermarket merchandise.
