The LRS team provided interior design services for the apartment units and amenity spaces including finishes, fixtures, and furniture. The material and color palettes are inspired by the desert landscape and colorful culture of the region, blending beautiful desert-neutrals with bright, modern moments of color. Split stone flooring and terrazzo countertops contrast with warm accent paint. The lobby provides an eclectic mix of office-style seating for residents with sculptural lighting throughout.
A 3,000 SF stand-alone clubhouse connects with a breezeway to another 4,000 SF building where the leasing office, mail room, and fitness area open to an open-air covered exterior fitness space. Outdoor entertainment opportunities include multiple lounges and community pool space. Expansive green spaces sport a putting green cornhole lawn, pickleball court, fire pit, and grilling stations, creating the perfect setting for relaxing afternoons.
