The IFMA Oregon & SW Washington Chapter is digging in to this and other big questions during the IFMA 2024 Symposium on April 4, 2024! Our very own Jenny Baines and Associate Britney Hale will be presenting “A Blueprint for Inclusivity – A Human Centered Design Process,” sharing research and application strategies to incorporate Trauma-Informed Design (TID) and concepts from Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to design supportive, inclusive, and productive office and workplace environments.
