Last month we celebrated with Pacific Crest Affordable Housing, the ribbon cutting of Canal Commons I and the groundbreaking of Canal Commons II. Located in Bend, Oregon, the affordable housing community consists of two 24-unit buildings, featuring one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Phase two will include an additional 48 affordable units. The project combines energy-efficient design and construction and includes a commons building with a community room, raised bed gardens, and a playfield.
