LRS is excited to introduce Terava High Desert Apartments, our newest multifamily development located just east of the Oregon State University–Cascades campus in Bend, Oregon! A carefully selected material palette including textured concrete, fiber cement, and wood accents reflects the natural beauty of the region while ensuring long-term performance. Water-efficient landscaping with native plants, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and a focus on fire resilience further demonstrate the project’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
