LRS is thrilled to share that our newest retail and hospitality project is now open in Portland! This month, cider and beer taphouse Lone Wolf Watering Hole wrapped up construction and celebrated a grand opening in Portland’s South Waterfront.

This tenant improvement features tall, exposed ceilings and ample daylight, with interiors that strive to create a cozy, colorful, home-like environment. The design features bar and lounge seating, lush ferns and indoor plants, and an expansive, hand-painted mural by artist Skye Walker.
