Todd is a design manager with a depth of technical expertise in zoning and code analysis, construction documents, and project management. As a member of the Civic and Multifamily Housing studios, he brings a depth of experience that is translatable across each studio. In the Civic studio he has extensive experience with justice and public safety design as it pertains to renovations, remodels and improvement projects. In the Multifamily Housing studio, he has overseen the development of both market rate and affordable housing projects ranging from 30 units to upwards of 240 units.
