Wayne is an architect and project manager in the LRS Civic Studio. He believes in an integrated design approach, advocating for collaboration that leverages ideas from across the project team. With a depth of experience in civic, industrial, government, and military design, Wayne is especially skilled at navigating complex projects in challenging environments. He thrives at spearheading very technical projects such as data centers, laboratories, and clean rooms, prioritizing sustainability, technical research, and facility efficiency. He enjoys working through design solutions with clients, coordinating with sub-consultants, managing design teams, and strives for a collaborative process with the General Contractor during construction.
