Construction is underway on Slabtown Square, a seven-story, mixed-use building off 20th and Quimby streets in NW Portland. The project includes 200 market-rate apartments ranging from studio, one-, and two-bedrooms, underground parking, expansive ground floor retail space, and a large public square.

The community will also feature a state-of-the-art clubroom with a kitchen, rooftop deck with BBQ and fire feature. Fitness centers, and additional community spaces for a library, game room, screening room, and activity space round out the amenities offered in the building. An affordable housing element is included for 40-units of the apartment complex for households earning up to 80% of the area median income. Completion is slated for early 2024.
