Environments for Aging Magazine shared a highlight of two LRS projects with a unique relationship in Happy Valley, Oregon. LRS designed both The Springs at Happy Valley, a 270,000 SF senior living community and the adjacent lifestyle retail center Happy Valley Crossroads East, which provides 62,000 SF of restaurant, retail, and wellness amenities. Together, these projects create a vibrant, intergenerational neighborhood where senior residents are connected to the community and have direct access to a robust mix of services and local businesses.
