$2.1 millionThe LRS design team provided an exterior renovation of the existing building and site, enhancing consumer experience and positively impacting the neighborhood. This included a fresh color palette, updated energy efficient site lighting, and a new monument sign designed for better visibility to traffic moving at 45mph.
New full-height storefront windows help to blend the indoor-outdoor arrival sequence, maximizing the impact of retail displays and establishing a stronger visual connection to spark customers’ curiosity before they even step foot inside. New exterior wood accents at the grocery add natural warmth and texture, providing some visual variation and merchandising potential along the exterior walls without windows. The wood slats are also used in the outdoor covered area to screen views to an adjacent loading space while creating an inviting all-seasons outdoor seating area to enjoy grab-and-go dining.
