TouchmarkSituated on 44 acres of high desert and neighboring the Prescott National Forest, Touchmark at the Ranch boasts a resort-style community with spectacular views. It offers residents unmatched amenities and features a grand lodge, a full-service commercial kitchen, and underground parking.
Inspired by the Southwest Mission Style, the design utilizes warm tones and stone accents, conjuring a relaxed style of living with modern conveniences. Exterior materials include stucco, as well as precast concrete, and heavy timber trellises. Soft sages and earthy tones along with natural materials such as the stone and wood, work together to create a revitalizing, and warm environment.
The interior design evokes the Southwest landscape and culture. Interior spaces are bright and airy with colors drawn from the surrounding landscape. Bright blue reflects the vast sky, while vivid yellow mirrors succulents and flora. Large expanses of double height glass open up the interior common spaces to the exterior views and landscape, which flow out onto adjacent terraces. Inspiration from Native American influences can be seen throughout the lodge in the geometric patterns on the furniture and textiles. Horizontal stripes in the fabric mimic the Earth’s striations and geology, while carved wood signs are reminiscent of native baskets.
Amenities, such as dining and patio gathering areas, are scattered throughout the site for residents to enjoy. Designed for an active adult community, pickleball courts and a small outdoor amphitheater bring connectivity to the outdoors while hiking trails wind down from the residential area to the grand lodge and past the clubhouse.
