LRS is thrilled to share an exciting first look at Parkview at Terwilliger Plaza, our firm’s most ambitious sustainable project to date. At 370,000 SF, this senior living high-rise at the gateway to downtown Portland, (OR) is anticipated to be the largest Passive House (PHIUS) Certified senior living building in the U.S., and the largest Passive House structure on the West Coast.

We joined our clients at Terwilliger Plaza along with collaborators from Walsh Construction and PAE Engineers to produce a new video celebrating the completion of this project and its inspiring sustainable design achievements, which raise the bar on design excellence in senior housing.
