Our Interior Design process is like a deep character study of each client and community we serve. The people who live and work in the spaces we create are a major source of our inspiration. We provide interior design services for projects of all sizes from start to finish, drawing on the skills of our multi-talented interiors team to:

• Guide the visioning processes with stakeholders to establish critical goals and priorities
• Coordinate inclusive stakeholder and/or community outreach to share progress, solicit ideas, and gather feedback through focus groups, workshops, interviews, surveys, presentations, and job shadows
• Facilitate collaborative, inspiring design explorations to guide how each space will look, feel, and function
• Evaluate, update, and/or establish space programming requirements
• Apply programming requirements and visioning goals together to develop dynamic, efficient space plans
• Guide holistic solutions to design for occupant health, wellness, and happiness using principles from WELL, Fitwel, Trauma-Informed Design, and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs
• Incorporate emerging interior design trends, practices, and technology to enhance the design process and
  design outcomes
• Facilitate change management, creating smooth transitions into new and renovated spaces and ensuring occupants can fully enjoy their new environments
