Parkview at Terwilliger Plaza is officially PHIUS Design Certified! LRS is thrilled to share that Parkview, a beautiful and ambitiously sustainable senior living high-rise in the heart of Portland, has received certification as Passive House structure. PHIUS made the announcement in their April newsletter round-up of recently certified projects across the country. This makes it the largest senior living building to earn this certification in the U.S., and it is presently the largest Passive House structure west of the Mississippi River.
