LRS is excited to share that three of our projects have been named among the 2024 DJC Oregon Top Projects! This is the third award earned by Travel Portland’s colorful and hopeful new Visitor Center, and the second award for innovative senior living community The Springs at Happy Valley. We are also thrilled that Parkview at Terwilliger Plaza has been recognized – as construction nears completion, this project is perhaps our most ambitious sustainable design, anticipated to be among the largest Passive House Certified senior living buildings in the U.S.
