Earth Advantage PlatinumLocated in a thriving area of Bend, Legacy Landing is a new affordable housing community with 47 apartments dedicated to low-income seniors. It includes three residential floors above the ground floor health center, owned and operated by Mosaic Medical. The nonprofit organization serves individuals and families throughout Central Oregon regardless of income or insurance status.
Of the 47 residential units, six are set aside for qualifying patients of Mosaic Medical with chronic medical conditions, and four apartments for senior homeless veterans working with the Veterans Affairs VASH program. The 14,000 SF clinic boasts 15 exam rooms for comprehensive medical services and a ground floor retail pharmacy for both residents and the public.
Other on-site amenities include a ground floor community room and equipped exercise space. A top-floor community room showcases beautiful mountain views from a large outside deck.
