Meet LRS associate Kevin Schneider, an NCARB certified and licensed architect. Kevin attended University of Wisconsin and quickly changed his Engineering Mechanics major to Interior Design when he found himself formulating ideas about how to renovate or transform buildings. After serving in the U.S. Marines, he then earned his Master’s in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and has been in Oregon working at LRS for over seven years!

What do you like best about LRS?

The people and the culture. The people make each day fun and have so much great experience to provide one another. The office culture values the employees, their development, and improvement both personally and professionally.

Recently Completed LRS project:

Premier Gear – I experienced the project from start to finish and it was really cool to see the transformation of a 100-year-old building.

What has impacted you the most in your career and how?

Supportive people providing opportunities to learn, grow and be curious.

What is your next career goal?

I’m not huge on hard-fast career goals – I’m interested in continual self-development and striving to be better. I’ll embrace opportunities which present themselves along the path of development!
