• Evaluate, update, and/or establish space programming requirements
• Apply programming requirements and visioning goals together to develop dynamic, efficient space plans
• Guide holistic solutions to design for occupant health, wellness, and happiness using principles from WELL, Fitwel, and Trauma-Informed Design
• Incorporate emerging interior design trends, practices, and technology to enhance the design process and design outcomes
• Facilitate change management, creating smooth transitions into new and renovated spaces and ensuring occupants can fully enjoy their new environments
• Manage FF&E selection, procurement, and installation, guiding the selection of materials and vendors, sourcing products, and designing custom furniture pieces while integrating seamlessly with branding and design standards
